This should be the main criteria: Wikipedia wrote: Players must have been at their club for a minimum of ten years in order to be included here. Loan spells at other teams disqualify players from being counted in the list. Only seasons with appearances in the senior first team are counted. Current players who have been at their club since 2006 will be eligible for inclusion in 2016. You could also add Giacomo Bulgarelli to reserves since are few midfielders there.

I'd take out Messi, Iniesta and De Rossi for now because they are still active (since Totti is likely gonna retire this year after all ) and because it is not very sure that they always remains in his current teams untill retirement.

Updated with your suggestions I won't put Giacomo Bulgarelli because he played for another team (not just Bologna), that definition you quote is more like "Loyalty All StarS" not "One Man Club All Stars" Quote: A one-club man is a footballer who has played his entire professional career with only one club. In the strictest definition, one-club men are rare in football due to the effects of the large pay offers from rival clubs and promotion and relegation systems used by most professional leagues.

Baresi should be captain, Overath & Scholes should for corners & long FKs, Totti for penalties & short FKs.. Btw I would have added Szepan in XI instead of Castellazi, Szepan was far superior player..

Castellazzi apparently fits better in the destroyer/holding midfielder role (as we know, he has the best "stats" for the role) than Szepan who was mainly a AMF, but it doesn't matter, ingame wise this probably would have been the "automatic" choice..

Ask the Galacticos Of course Helguera, Samuel, Mejia, Pavon, Woodgate, Raul Bravo, Sergio Ramos (the usuals CB's during the post Makelele era in Galacticos) are a joke compared to both Maldini and Baresi (yet prime Samuel could have been the perfect sub for them), but what happened to them, the arguably best attacking line up ever and were the worst scam of the last years since they didn't have a decent destroyer (Cambiasso suck, same with Pablo Garcia, Flavio and the overrated ogre Gravesen who was slower than Mertesacker ...
