Apart the general mess. Santamaria, di Stefano and Rial have nothing to do here. The reason is obvious. I wouldn't include Puskas as well for the same reason.
Also from the current squad Vinicius and Valverde should be surely mentioned and Rodrygo maybe.

The reason is not "obvious", they all were born outside Spain, that's literally the only reason they are here and is the only "objective" criteria.

Exactly. It’s like saying we should take Puskas out of Hungary All Stars because he also played for Spain. The fact that he changed to play for Spain after years of living in the country doesn’t stop him from obviously being one of the best foreigners in Real Madrid’s history.

That's a sensible criterion. However the concept when making these teams is choosing the 'true' foreigners. Expatriates shouldn't be kept in mind. In this case the team looks much similar to the original Real Madrid All Stars, what's the point of it? From the moment you wear the shirt of the country the team comes from, you have no right to be included in this concept. Honourable mentions are more acceptable. To me it's a matter of perception. Who perceives a player of his favourite team as a foreigner when he ends up playing with the national team? Anyways this should be clarified at least.
