I'm surely not such a big RM expert as you or Cristiano but here are a few possible names for reserves: Lucien Muller, Santiago Solari, Toni Kroos, Predrag Mijatović, Canario, Steve McManaman, Christian Karembeu, Laurie Cunningham.
Edit: If Modric is here, probably Benzema, Bale and Higuain also could be considered for reserves. And I'd put Stielike in best XI for Ruggeri or Makelele, those two never were so important for Real than Stielike ever was (especially Ruggeri)..

Van Nistelrooy, Michael Laudrup... They should be in reserves as the guys gurkenjoe told ;)

Even Savio could be there

Added a bunch of players mentioned above and updated formation..

Real did really lacked some foreigner defensive players..

Navas & Varane should be there in a matter of years as they are superior to guys like Dudek (Did he play with Real? lol) or Walter Samuel in terms of Madrid "legends" if that fit and for at least have a player in both GK and DEF section..

Very sad how few remember the great names in RM history :/ Varane, Cannavaro and fat Ronaldo ahead of real great players like Stielike, Sanchez, Puskas (the only player to score four times in an European cup final) or Kopa..

It's like everything, in a matter of years, Modric instead of Redondo, or another talented midfielder instead of Figo, etc...
