So, what's the criteria for that team?
I don't understand how Icardi (who didn't even play for Barcelona B and only for their youth teams) can be here while Jeffren, Jordi Cruyff, the dos Santos brothers or Tello (who all played for youth teams, B and A team) aren't here.
Bartra and Rafinha are also missing here how can Thiago be forgotten here?

First: I took no reserves because i made this squad rather simple and practical, but surely at least +10 reserve players can be named.

Second:
I took Icardi as one of the most "relevant" players that were "developed" in La Masia (not necessarily taking Barça B as top standard).
I find impressive his goalscoring ratio for one of the most average squads at Inter and + i wanted a certified player in world football that could play as pure CF for this team.

About Bartra, he's definitely a better player in pretty much everything than Oleguer (a tactically similar player), he wasn't a consistent member at Barça like Oleguer was when Barça won La Liga in 2004-05 and 2005-06 and the Champions League in 2006.

Thiago can be included, (for Gabri), if you don't have any problem.

Well, aren't those two examples contradicting?
Bartra can't be here because he only has individual class but less impact than Oleguer.
On the other hand Icardi (who was just part of the youth teams for three years) can be here because of his individual class despite doing nothing for Barca? That doesn't make much sense to me..
Btw, since Guillermo Amor is here, Francisco Carrasco needs to be in that team as well (no need to explain this since his indivual class + archievements speak for themselves).

Let me explain it like this:

Icardi was a deliberated personal choice, to have a proper CF on the squad (as La Masia never developed a proper striker that managed to break in the Barça A squad).

I took the year 1979 to make the team since it was in that year when they started to use it as a dormitory of players who lived outside Barcelona, otherwise he (and some others oldies) would have been here.
