It's incredible how many great players Ajax had in their youth team. I wonder if and how many more titles, especially international, they would have won if they didn't sell them too early. And the same is going to happen with De Ligt as well.

I think that Wikipedia page might have left some players out, Barry Hulshoff for example started his career at Ajax and I assume also came through their academy alongside Cruyff, Suurbier etc.

Edit: ignore this, seems he came from the AVV Zeeburgia academy :oops:

I'm ok with the choices i did, they all come from all the great and most recognized Ajax generations in history + the team is perfectly balanced according to the formation i've choose.

Louis van Gaal should be coach here, not Michels. No debate that Michels is the only choice for Ajax AS but when it comes to Ajax youth (or having success with talents from Ajax youth), then LvG is certainly the best choice.

It's way too early to include Frenkie de Jong. He has not achieved anything big yet. If you want de Jong it should be Nigel who has two World Cup medals. Menzo could be the third GK.
