It's IMO nonsense to have Floccari and Cevoli in this team. Both of them never played for San Marino, so I don't get why they're even in first team and best XI here.
Also I don't see a reason why Danildo Rinaldi is listed as FK taker here and not Andy Selva who scored three of his eight NT goals with directly converted FKs..

I'll replace Rinaldi with Selva. About Floccari and Cevoli I decided to add them due to that "rule" about having eligible players in very weak teams.
I know neither Floccari nor Cevoli played for San Marino but they have the double nationality and never capped for Italy.

So what? San Marino is simply a weak NT and there's no need to give them fake strength by adding wrong players here. Floccari wasn't even born in born in San Marino and never played for a club in San Marino, his only affilation to San Marino is the nationality of his wife and nothing else (if he would have been such a proud Sammarinese, he would have certainly denied the invitation from Italy NT back in 2010)

Ok, I'll take Floccari out. What about Cevoli though? He started his career in San Marino Calcio playing from 1986 to 1989.
The club has always been part of the Italian league but he actually played in the country.

How about Marco Macina in the first team here? Him and Bonini are the only players from San Marino to ever play in Serie A.
