Although he was fantastic GK and was born in Gibraltar, I wouldn't put Macedo here. He spent his entire playing career in England and even played for English U-23 team. On the other hand Kyle Goldwin was capped 17 times for his country, keeping clean sheets in two 1:0 wins against both Latvia and Armenia and therefore deserves his place here for sure.
