Either the final is going to be all-German or PSG is finally winning the big one by defeating Real Madrid after having eliminated two other Spanish teams.

It's been like this for many years now except a few rare exceptions. I doubt things will change with the new format, but let's see.

Seeing your favorite club win the UCL is the best thing in the world, even better than a WC win. So yeah, UCL is still something that I enjoy. And it's especially those matches against the same opponents that are the most special: It doesn't get bigger than Bayern vs Real or playing against City, PSG or Barcelona.
Of course it would be interesting to have the original EC format with only national champions but I can't say that playing against our big international rivals is boring..

I wish Leverkusen can keep their players for next season but that's impossible nowadays
