Ali Al-Busaidi is considered one of the most prominent Omani footballers in the left-back position. He began his career with Sohar Club before moving between several notable clubs such as Al-Nahda, Dhofar, Al-Suwaiq, and Al-Seeb. He established himself as a regular starter thanks to his consistent performances and long experience in the Omani league, winning a number of domestic titles with his clubs. At the international level, he has represented the Oman national team since 2013, taking part in continental tournaments and World Cup qualifiers, and surpassing the milestone of 100 international caps. His playing style is characterized by a balance between defensive discipline and the ability to push forward and deliver crosses.
