INFO:
Moisés Matias de Andrade, Moisés "Paulada", former center-back for Bonsucesso, Botafogo, Vasco da Gama, Flamengo, Fluminense, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bangu, was born in Resende (RJ) on November 30, 1948, and died on August 26, 2008, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), a victim of cancer.

As a player, he used to say that "a self-respecting center-back can't win the Belford Duarte", (an award given to a player who managed to go 10 years without being sent off.) Despite this remark and being considered a rugged defender, he was sent off only a few times during his career.

Off the field, the "Sheriff" was cheerful and easygoing. A hilarious storyteller, he was always very funny. But in matches he was an authentic leader. He knew how to play, but he never joked on the job, with anyone. One of the toughest, most violent defenders in our football, he was strong in marking and positioning and excellent in the air.
