Increased to 42.... I was so sure about that value, because I didn't want to overrate him in others values like SA & STA...

Capo, usually I'm fine with your sets but this one is undeniably underrated. I know you are hesitant to rate pre 50's players too well but César definitely needs a huge boost since although he was one of Spain's greatest forwards of all time this sets makes him a fairly average striker. Yes, he was overshadowed by Telmo Zarra but that doesn't change the fact that he was simply outstanding. That's why he needs an increase not only in his key stats but also in several "minor" stats, as well.

First of all, his ATT definitely needs to be around 95 (his goals per game ratio is 0.77, btw.), imo. Still below Zarra but within reach. Also, both his SA and ST need to be in the orange segment as he not only scored many goals from difficult angles (for example while turning or when falling to the ground as well as from sharp angles) but I also remember especially one goal I've seen of him several years ago where he blasted a ball directly into the up left corner with high precision. Speaking of blasts, he also definitely should have a higher shot power as he had a hard shot, at least compared to contemporary players. RES also has to go up considerably into the 90s region because although he often played in a deeper position he was famous for suddenly appearing in the box in the right place at the right time to score; he had true poacher qualities. To make it short, here are my suggestions:

I eventually leave AGG on yellow, due to him dropping low on the pitch, almost acting like a SS with; but combined with current RES + Reaction/Marauding, surely should have an effect on those criminal goals coming from behind the defender like Inzaghi..

Looks a lot better now. The only thing I'd change is that SS shouldn't be just optional as he regularly played in this position, for example in this match: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1952_Copa ... simo_Final. He is also seen wearing the No. 8 quite often which indicates that he regularly played as a right inside forward.
