Yes, it's already too much keepers, not need for adding more..

Concerning Messi, well, in my criteria for entering in this team he shouldn't be here.. his influence and sucess with NT aren't good, also he didn't played for any senior club from SA, only looking on individual quality, but I wouldn't put him for now..

Based on that argument Di Stefano doesn't deserve to be in it and still he is?

Why? He is by far better than Messi and had played more than good role in two South American clubs.. He is Argentinian born, it's true that played for Spain NT he didn't appeared in any big tournament but he scored 23 goals in 31 matches and changed history of Spanish football..

Wow...i didn't realized that there are already 4 GK and Taffarel + Sanchez aren't there. These two deserves a place in the team much more than Dida.

All is true, but then you should use these arguments as selection criteria and not the impact in the national team

Well, I've tried mix all these three criterias and make selection, but Di Stefano even without contribution in Argentine NT is in front of Messi and many others..

Can you do a post: All Times Rest of South America All Stars??? That would be Legends from SOuth America excepting Brazil and Argentina!

Di Stéfano should be in Europe Team too... He did for Spain much more than for Argentina... So, he could be in this team because he born in Argentina and in Europe team because he did much more for Spain

Added kick takers/skippers..

I swapped Maradona with Alfredo's positions, with Di Stefano acting now more like a CMF/AMF hardworking thus "reducing" his serial goalscoring instincts to a more all round role helping Didi in midfield.

PD:
I find it amusing how this teams doesn't have neither a Venezuelan or Bolivian player among reserves (I am not suggesting that it should be one of them, maybe a Bolivian could be added though, but you got to see my point on this..)

EDIT:

Thinking again, Di Stefano shouldn't be here, not even in reserves, he's mainly a player where everyone would related him to what he achieved in Spain (Europe), more than what he achieved here in this part of the world (SouthAmerica). We can replaced him with Cubillas or Valderrama in first team to give "variety' to the squad, since only Chumpitaz and Figueroa are the only players who played in a NT outside the 3 south americans powerhouses who are in the first squad.

Instead of Di Stefano, Cubillas or Valderrama could be great, maybe not the best options but yes give more variety (and not see only Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay flags in first team midfielders and strikers, )

To put it simple:

Di Stefano should be in the first squad of 1950's, All Time and RM AS, maybe Spain's too..
In reserves maybe in both Europe and South America AS but certainly not in first team (is even kinda too lazy and repetitive to put a 10/12 players in several AS, just for the sake of it; See the Europe and All Stars goalkeepers reserves to see what i've mean.)
