My criteria was contribution to his NT (mainly in big competitions) + "how popular is/was the player in his country" from my point of view..

But this country , was part panama colombia guayana ecuador and venezuela , so all that players can be here ?

It depends really, i really want to focus in all the "successors" states that were formed after this massive country splitted (Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela) and it included the territories of present-day Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, northern Perú, western Guyana and northwest Brazil (That's one pretty big country )...

Panamá was actually a "department" of Colombia so i don't count them as a "successor", and TBH I don't know if Panama's historical football is greater than Venezuela (let's face it, both are short of it, but at least Venezuela has done some progress compared to Panama..)
