INFOS:

Neil Web is a former English central midfielder, who was English international on 26 occasions. He played mostly as a central midfielder, with offensive characteristics, but also he never ignored defensive duties. He was known for his great passes, especially short ones. He delivered passes with good speed, making them harder to intercept. During his first spell with Nottingham Forest, he had amazing scoring ratio (bearing in mind he was a central midfielder who didn't take free kicks) scoring in double digits in every season. He possessed good shot, and he could score from different positions. He was also dangerous in aerial play. He covered a lot of ground but he wasn't too fast, especially in running with the ball. Because of that, he mostly relied on team play and passing to trick the opponent. However, he was good at keeping the ball in his feet. He represented England at the 1990 World Cup in which he played only in match for 3rd place against Italy and at the European Championship in 1992.

I'd push his SA at yellow as well (a center midfielder that scored at least 10 goals per season '_' ).

It can go up. I didn't give him that value because I already gave him high value for ST. And he was ST>SA type of player IMO. Anyway, SA 78 -> 80
