Attack / Defence Awareness Card: Attack MindedINFOS:Tommy Wilson started his career as right winger. He was fast, quick in moves, with good ball control and looked like a player who can be a very successful winger. But manager Billy Walker noticed that he possessed even better goalscoring qualities, and that also he could shoot well with both feet, and moved him firstly to inside-forward, and later to center forward where Tommy shined. After promotion to the First Division in 1957, next three seasons he was Forest top scorer. He was very mobile player, often running back to get the ball, he was pretty good in the air, and possessed precise but not so hard shot. He helped his team in defensive duties, and after that, he often ran at full speed forward to score a goal. He also was useful team player, as he often tried to be involved in the organizing phase of the attack, always in motion trying to find some free space to get the ball. His greatest team success came in 1959 when he won the FA Cup with Forest where he scored second goal in the final match.
