INFO:

One of the best central defenders of the country 50s. The core player defensive line of the Moscow "Dinamo", mainly due to which the defense team during the second half of the 50s was the best in the country and identified the star off the team during this period. "Flying" defender, often referred to as Kryzhevski, rolled up in a perfect master, often beat the ball to drop his head and jumping over themselves. Acrobatic style of action, ease of implementation of sophisticated techniques, dedication, agility, jumping enviable, the ability to find the most effective way out of difficult game situations at the gate of his team delights the crowd. His bright and reliable game left a memory of Krizhevskom as one of the best central defenders of the Soviet football.

The most esteemed coaches as defenders - simplicity, austerity, even some rigor in the game, does not tolerate the slightest deviation from the canons. Konstantin Kryzhevski seemingly ignored once and for all the established rules of the game on the defensive. He sometimes seemed to hover in the air, such vytvoryaya solo, which would have envied class circus artist. Strikes in the drop through itself, all kinds of somersaults and other tricks puzzling one after another. Then he suddenly flew parallel to the lawn and head shot the ball with his feet forward, and then, by contrast, soared up and where the other would play head to intercept high flying twine ball. "Kryzhevski played such a way that could bring the ballet master at the thought of the possibility of staging a ballet to football theme," - noted as a classic of our football journalism Lev Filatov. And the audience responded to the lively pirouettes defender-acrobat.

Usually the audience go to original strikers, on the brilliant goalkeeping. Defenders (consider, destroyers) in this regard, neglected by the public. Kryzhevski was no exception. On it went, just as in Streltsov, Salnikov, Simonyan - a magnificent spectacle of football talent actor. Magnets always tickles your nerves, attracts the audience. And, in the opinion of the audience, constantly risked Krizhevsky in the game, preferring even in difficult situations, use the techniques of the highest category of complexity, from which the fans blood froze in his veins. And all this without loss to themselves and, most importantly, for the team.

Another coach would not forgive such trick. But the "Dinamo". stellar years Kryzhevski's headed by Mikhail Yakushin. And although he was a supporter of strict discipline in the defense, not allowing any excess, Krizhevskomu allowed anything to come not because of strength to the detriment of safety redoubts.

The coach knew that the real game is in flight, rolled in - not a whim, not a desire to show off football, and the state of his soul. Otherwise, he just could not play. Someone wrote that he did not like Krizhevsky simple solutions in the field. It seems to me that he was born for the sake of a simple compound, all of his circus, which looked, maybe someone else pretentious in execution of another, were natural to his athletic coordination, psychology, and therefore effective, graceful, elegant. His style, he, no one has borrowed, because of Russian predecessors, the stories, something like that showed only Fyodor Selin. But Kryzhevski not seen Selin in the game, and aerobatics, peculiar to him, he has developed.

Kryzhevski was tough defender. The correctness of the field did not leave him even in difficult game situations. He was a stranger to the elements of a dirty game - all of these hooks, footrests, overhead. If he fought for the ball, he is not pushing an opponent, and rubbed his shoulders - in accordance with the rules. Usually he did not attack the attacker at the time of receiving the ball, but retreated before him, waiting for an opportune moment for marking. Here he relied on his reaction to his intuition and, as a rule, not wrong. But if the striker is still left in the gap, Kryzhevski applied his nostrum - slidding.
