INFO:Kalle Del'Haye was classic winger and the best example how Bayern Munchen just buy players to make their rivals weaker and than destroy those players careers by keeping them on the bench. In the late-1970s the lightweight Kalle Del’Haye was considered by many as the great new hope for the right wing, but the diminutive Mönchengladbach winger lacked the necessary punch and was almost a total non-threat in front of the goal. With years going by his style became less spectacular, more workman-like and hard-running as he became more of a wide midfielder. His biggest asset throughout his career was his great pace. He could cover a wide area with his explosivness. His dribbling was solid, he had good close control, it wasn't just about pace. Karl Del'Haye went through all youth divisions of his home club Alemannia Aachen in 1973 and received a license contract player for the West Regional. After this season, he was signed by Borussia Moenchengladbach, for whom he came in his first Bundesliga season on four games. In 1980 Del'Haye moved for a then-record transfer fee of 1.3 million D-Mark to join Bayern Munich. In his five years at Bayern Munich, he scored seven goals in 74 missions, he had come near Mönchengladbach in six years to 87 missions and 14 goals. At Bayern Munich, he has been used once in the match for the DFB Cup and 14 times in the international cup matches. His move to Fortuna Dusseldorf in 1985 brought him no luck: In two years he remained in the Bundesliga total of 23 events with no hits. Del'Haye played 11 times in the DFB youth team. On 14 November 1978 Del'Haye first appointed to the B-team. On 2 April 1980, then the first appointment to the senior team, in a 1-0 victory against Austria. His second and last match took place during the European Championships in Italy in 1980, in the last group match against Greece (0-0).
