That's a sensible criterion. However the concept when making these teams is choosing the 'true' foreigners. Expatriates shouldn't be kept in mind. In this case the team looks much similar to the original Real Madrid All Stars, what's the point of it? From the moment you wear the shirt of the country the team comes from, you have no right to be included in this concept. Honourable mentions are more acceptable. To me it's a matter of perception. Who perceives a player of his favourite team as a foreigner when he ends up playing with the national team? Anyways this should be clarified at least.
