INFO:Rolle Nilsson is former Swedish right back with unfussy, dependable play that has characterised his career. A calming influence at the back, Trevor Francis said "the biggest professional I've ever seen". Nilsson’s tireless work and discipline allowed his wingers to focus solely on attack. Very disciplined, rarely caught out of position, rarely made mistakes. Tough tackler, fast and aggressive, tenacious and determined. Nilsson was able to make good pass, especially long ground passes from the back line. Roland Nilsson was recruited to IFK Göteborg as a 19-year-old, where he was retrained from striker/offensive midfielder to right back.
