I was always under impression that he deserves even a 90 jumping ability. He had a heavenly jump and header (one of the strongest i've seen from the 70s, together with Dave Watson), extremely strong shot with left, strong physique and speed. Decent on the ball. Always fighting for the ball as bravely as a bull. He prided himself on his ability to skilfully support his team's attacks, which is why many experts believe that he could have been used more in midfield. However, he preferred to grind the opposing forwards as a member of the defensive line, occasionally filling in at left-back.
