Context: during my mid-adolescence (I don't know why), but I started to watch and follow the Eredivisie, more specifically the FC Twente and then soon after entering college (doing journalism), I landed a job at sports website where I got to cover dutch football, both the league and the national team during this time (because nobody else knew much about it). After moving on to another job and career, I had never followed dutch football with the same frequency and manner, however I still have a soft spot for the Oranje and I have FC Twente as my team in The Netherlands.
