Ayrton Lucas, a Brazilian left-back born in Rio Grande do Norte, has built his career on speed, physical strength, and tactical intelligence. Developed in the youth systems of ABC and later Fluminense, Ayrton broke into the national spotlight between 2017 and 2018 when he became a regular starter for the Tricolor das Laranjeiras. His playing style marked by explosive runs, excellent ball-carrying ability at speed, and constant offensive support, he quickly caught the attention of European scouts.

In 2019, he was transferred to Spartak Moscow in Russia, where he gained valuable experience and maturity. Despite initial difficulties adapting to the climate and the Russian style of play, Ayrton established himself as a starter, earning praise for his work rate, physical attributes, and tactical commitment. He stayed with Spartak until 2022, returning to Brazil with greater maturity and experience.

Flamengo initially signed him on loan, and he quickly earned a place in the team taking turns with Filipe Luis in the starter team, and becoming an important figure on the left flank, during the 20222 season. With a rare combination of speed, stamina, and technique, Ayrton stood out not only for his attacking runs but also for his improved defensive positioning, in comparision with his time at Fluminense. From 2022 onwards, he played important roles in Flamengo’s titles of Copa do Brasil (2022 and 2024), Copa Libertadores (2022) and Super Copa do Brasil (2025).

Ayrton Lucas is also known for his mid-range finishing, rarely getting injured and for his relentless energy throughout matches. He communicates well with teammates and often takes part in overlapping plays and link-ups down the wing, providing assists and creating scoring chances.
