Why I can't access some players?

May I get permission to access the unauthorized forums? I'm trying to create a Zambia forum but some players are hidden, and I don't trust the sets on youtube channels much. No problem if can't, I can create the players myself for private use but getting access to the hidden sets would be convenient.
