Well... he must had SMF among his positions... and his MENT are somehow a little bit high

I'd suggest to increase: the attack, for example to 84. Stamina 89 and speed 90.

ATT I think is good, compared to Cuadrado who is also on 78. Gervinho has 88 in AGG and Cuadrado 86, I think this little difference is enough.
I'd increase STA and TS by 1 point, not more..

Does he really need as SMF? If I'm not totally wrong he played as WF for Rome and also as WF for NT, so there's IMO no need to give him SMF here..

Yes, I also wasn't sure about it.. the last season Roma played with a classical 4-3-3 and he played always as WF, and (I must say it) sometimes as "fake CF".. I think I'd remove SMF
