You're right, a cloned site, because that's all most websites do: clone someone else's work. And that's the main reason why the hidden section exists (I'm only stating a fact and not whether it's fair or not). And no matter how many websites you may find, you'll never find one where its users dedicate the time that we've dedicated here to create thousands of players and hundreds of teams.
