Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior commonly known simply as Neymar or Neymar Júnior, is a Brazilian footballer who plays in the Brasileirão Série A for Santos and the Brazilian national football team, mainly as a forward.
On 30 December 2010, Neymar came third behind Andrés D'Alessandro and Juan Sebastián Verón for the 2010 South American Footballer of the Year; however, a year later, on 31 December 2011, he won the 2011 South American Footballer of the Year award for the first time, by a record margin. Neymar received nominations for the FIFA Ballon d'Or and FIFA Puskás Award in 2011, where he came 10th for the 2011 FIFA Ballon d'Or award and won the 2011 FIFA Puskás Award for scoring a sensational solo goal in the Brasileirão Série A against Flamengo. He is known for his acceleration, speed, dribbling, finishing in front of goal and technical ability. His playing style has earned him critical acclaim, with fans, media and former player's drawing comparisons to FC Barcelona forward Lionel Messi and Brazil legend Pelé, who has declared Neymar as "an excellent player".
Neymar joined Santos in 2003 and, after several years of training, was promoted to their first team squad. He made his debut on 7 March 2009 in the Série A, in which he quickly made his breakthrough, becoming a first team regular and being voted the Best Young Player of the 2009 Campeonato Paulista. Further honours followed, with Neymar being voted best player as Santos won the 2010 Campeonato Paulista, and also being top scorer in the 2010 Copa do Brasil with 11 goals. Neymar finished the 2010 season with 42 goals in 60 games as his club achieved the Double. Neymar was again voted best player of the year in 2011 as his side retained the league title, Santos also winning the 2011 Copa Libertadores in which Neymar scored 6 goals in 13 appearances, making him the best player of the competition. Neymar is a Brazilian international, having represented Brazil at Under-17, Under-20 and senior levels. On 10 August 2010, at the age of 18, he made his debut for Seleção wearing the number 11 jersey, in a friendly match against the United States; he scored from a header in the 28th minute, contributing to Brazil's 2–0 win. He was the top scorer of the 2011 South American Youth Championship with nine goals, including two in the final, in the 6-0 win against Uruguay, thus enabling Brazil to win their 11th title in this competition.

I was waiting for the end of the season, but honestly, i don't think that will change too much...

CF should be deleted, he didn't play on that position during the year (at least not for Barca and also not for Brazil at the WC)
Also I don't think he deserves higher value for ATT than Thomas Müller, he surely isn't better than him in this aspect..

I'm sorry, but I'm with Gurkenjoe, he doesn't deserve more than Müller in attack (although I gave him 86 in a first ), and a few values on your set... I don't see it like that, I updated it but I don't share the same opinion.

Dribble skills should be lower than the 10-12's set only because he doesn't play like in Santos... DA could be the same, even a little more because he didn't lose lot of time making "amazing" dribbles like in Santos and it is much more effective but DS should be lower, at least lower than 02-06's set for Cristiano Ronaldo because I remember talking with a friend about Cristiano Ronaldo in first seasons in Manchester and Neymar (who has the same style as CR7 in the first years of his career), he told me "Neymar doesn't move the ball too quickly like Cristiano Ronaldo made it when he was young" and in a fact, It is true...

And well, he left behind his style of an individualist player, and started to play with the team, improving his passes and these things something which made him make less dribbles and make them worst. (the defenders have their part too, It's not the same in Brazil when they seems like childs and in Spain, where you make a dribble like scissors dribbles and they'll kick you until the passport )

About BAL, he doesn't deserve less than the previous set (10-12), in that aspect I think he still being the same, and not more weak than before...

He's not a winger, he's a pure second striker playing on a side, just like Ronaldinho did for Barça before him. It's been a long time that Barça don't play with wingers but with 3 forwards upfront.
These players don't stay on their side and make crosses, they play in the left/right wing to cut in the box with their strong foot every time they got the opportunity.

Just to ask... for Brazil NT was he also a SS?

He plays on the same role in the NT.

I think so. He is a totally different player now. Those sets cannot be applied for his PSG period.

i think he needs an PSG set since he has totally changed his playing style, and this season could potentially be his best on individual performances... best player at PSG alongside with Messi, and he is also going to play at the WC... IMO passing and shooting must be buffed to something close to 87. Speed could be decreased though. And he is technichally unmatchable. I'd go with red values on DBA and TEC.
