Manuel Fleitas Solich is former Paraguayan midfielder. He was famed for his great leadership on the pitch and outside of the field. He was midfielder capable of playing equally good in offensive moves and playmaking but also in defensive duties as well. Very tall and strong but at the same time so elegant and skillful with good individual skills, good tachnique and strong in aerial battles. Manuel Fleitas Solich was the godfather of Paraguayan football. For half a century in the Albirroja done hardly anything that does not bear his signature, no development takes place where he would not have been involved maßgäblich. He was a dead ball specialist.
He was the first option as a free kick taker for Boca between 1928 and 1930 until he had his almost career-ending injury, he scored at least 4 or 5 free kicks in those seasons and he also scored something like 7 penalties (1 miss in 8 attempts). He used to take them instead of another confirmed specialist like Tarascone, so I guess he was very reliable in that matter although it didn't last very long because he was dropped from the team due to his injury and the fact he couldn't recover his previous level after that.
I guess FKS 8 could be given too, back then the players used to rely on power mostly.
