@Catimba you don't think that he needs better MEN and STA i don't remenber him so awfull in that aspect , maybe his Fitness was no so gifted but after that , he is not at that low level.

Also he can be down to 87-88 in ATK for me is the max to rated him , comparing him and the fenomeno of Barça.

Yeah, maybe I was too harsh. He was more static and a typical center forward, i wouldn´t give him more than 80 STA. About MEN can be raised too, he was determined most of the time, so feel free to suggest a higher value.

About ATT i think he was very dangerous and clever in positiong and because of that and his RES he was such a prolific goal scorer. Of course Ronaldo was more technical and explosive player, extremely gifted in many aspects. So to me it wouldn´t be a problem Túlio having higher ATT in one point because overall he was very inferior to Fenômeno, but he was a true poacher.

Well for me his RES represent well his goalpoacher abilitys , he don't need such level for ATK.

I also see him like 86 or 87 in attack. after all he has 94 in agrression plus his response should be enough
