Blokhin is from Kiev (=> Ukraine) and in these days, the Russians surely won't put anybody from Ukraine on such a poster.
Btw, it's quite unfair to reduce the Russians on their goalkeepers only: apart from Yashin and Dasayev, the Russians produced world class players like Netto, Streltsov, Shesternyov or Ivanov. The problem is that those guys were/are (like many other Eastern European footballers) often not as famous as their Western counterparts although they weren't inferior to them..
