The greatest ever Romanian footballer. Iosif played actually on all positions but mainly as inside forward or wing half, nicknamed "Romanian Di Stefano" for his versatility and leadership like famous argentinian, complete player with highly refined technique, two-footed player, great shot especially from long distances, great FK taker, strong in aerial play and above all stunning strategist. It was the fourth of ten children Petschovschi family. His father was a Slovak native of Bohemia, while true-born mother was bănăţeancă.
