I've watched almost all of the games from PSV and the Dutch team in this era, he had a bit different role in the club where he would of course try the long passes from the deep but also very often go up front and occasionally try his shot from a distance (not very accurate though..), while at NT he was mostly playing in the back. He did have a strong shot and his kicks looked so easily taken, they were straight (not a lot of curve) and could reach very far.
What I noticed is that he took all of the free kicks that weren't a direct shot opportunity, even if they were close to the goal or on the side (because of course the maestro Van der Kuijlen would do the direct ones )

What I would suggest is just a couple of minor changes:

Agility: 80 -> 76 I don't think he was so agile in his runs up front, his dribbles are straight most of the time
Shot Technique: 65 -> 68 I think that his technique was decent, he just wasn't so accurate
Free Kick Accuracy: 68 -> 71

I think the rest of the stats is an accurate representation of him
