Bronzoni was a centre forward. He had his best time during his early years, when he played 206 matches for Parma between Serie B and Serie C from 1945 to 1953, scoring 79 goals. He's still Parma's top scorer. He played also for Livorno and Spezia among others. He retired in 1962. A good and committed striker, Bronzoni is regarded as one of the greatest, most brilliant and creative players in the history of Parma. Not only he was very prolific but he also was a true talisman in the pitch and a leader who always showed loyalty for his teams. He played numerous matches as Parma's captain. One of his most memorable goals is considered the unforgettable bicycle kick on 15th May 1949 in a Serie B match against Napoli, which was also the first ever home win for Parma against the Partenopei.
