I dont know if I was unlucky or what... but all the African Cup matches I saw so far, the quality is very bad, lower than I imagined... it is a bad surprise for me. I expected something better. I will try to watch tomorrow's game, maybe it will be a good one.

Senegal had underwhelming performances and got lucky because they faced weaker opponents. Cameroon is probably going to be the other finalist.

Senegal is likely going to win the tournament, which they'd do for the first time.

My prediction turned to be true. Congrats to Senegal!

Does anyone know how to add teams via hex or some software in PES 2017? There's this guide but it works for PES 2013 and both .cpk and .bin files are a bit different.

It's pointless trying to understand the use of VAR in England, it makes no sense. They disallow goals because someone's bicep is offside, but then also disallow goals if it touches the same part of the body before the goal. There is zero consistency. In a situation like that, if Lukaku had the body of Havertz they would have won the trophy because the referees are so obsessed with the tiniest of margins where being 1 millimetre ahead can be considered offside that his muscle size is the only thing putting him in an "offside" position.

From that angle, it was relatively clear that Virgil was ahead of Lukaku.

Because they measured from Van Dijk's foot but from Lukaku's elbow for some reason. They even said this season that they would give attackers the benefit of the doubt in these situations but as I said, there's zero consistency, they seem to just change the rules every game. Just look at Rodri's recent incident against Everton that wasn't called as handball and compare it to others that were given and it's clear that refereeing in England needs to be completely reformed from top to bottom.

Speaking of VAR, what do you think guys, was this a penalty?

Ref didn't even watch the situation again.

Mate, after all this time you still think that refs might act neutral in eternal derby?

Well, mate of course not, but is it possible that they'll always help them up? Could it be possible that we'll wait for the penalty in the derby for 22 years again?

Just to remind you, from 18th march 1995th to 13th december 2017th we didn't get a single penalty kick in Eternal Derby. Coincidence? I don't think so...

Well Milos we''ll have to check the rulebook, but I don't think it was a clear situation. There is no intention to touch the ball, which was moving vertically as well, so by that aspect no chance was prevented. On the other hand, nobody would have blamed the ref had he gone to the penalty spot.
About english football, I have to say Premier League might be football's Broadway, but referees there constitute a degradation of the product. Rodri's handball had me fuming, so I 'm into dilemma if I want to see Chelsea's cancelled goals, since I might blow my mind out.

Only Lukaku' offside seemed quite farfetched to me.
