Cavani is a centre forward, capable of playing as secondary striker and winger. His career began in 2005 at Danubio. He transferre to Palermo in January 2007, scoring 37 goals in 117 matches in three and a half seasons. He then had an excellent three-year spell at Napoli, playing 138 games from 2010 to 2013, scoring 104 goals. He eventually had his longest and most successful experience at Paris Saint-Germain, making 301 appearances from 2013 to 2020, scoring 200 goals. After two underwhelming seasons at Manchester United, he signed for Valencia in 2022. He capped for Uruguay 136 times so far, scoring 58 goals.
Distinguished for his athleticism, strength, technical and shooting skills, Cavani proved since he was young to be efficient in contributing to the defensive phase, making a lot of tracking back to the midfield. The latter ability though made him somewhat less effective in the offense. In fact, while he scored a good number of goals, he missed as many if not more. He scored several remarkable goals first time, volley, with power or difficult headers. Many times though he used to send the ball over the bar or to the side of the goal even from favourable positions. Therefore, he seemingly had it easier to score one-on-one with the goalkeeper or with tap-ins, showing remarkable instinct inside the box. He showed solid pace, especially on the distance, but he wasn't too agile in tighter space. Nonetheless, he could spare seconds thanks to a good ball control. Then he would overcome a few defenders if necessary with good dribbling. While he had a solid passing ability that put his teammates in good scoring situations, he often preferred looking for a shooting attempt, even when it was better to keep or pass the ball.
An undoubtedly more mature player at Napoli, Cavani hugely increased his scoring rate during his three-year spell in Campania and became one of the best strikers in Serie A and in the world. He improved his overall technical and passing skills, his accuracy with the weak foot, his elevation and heading, other than being even more effective one-on-one, placing the ball accurately or dribbling the goalkeeper or simply tapping an easy ball in. Therefore, he was always a threat for the opposition whenever he got the ball inside the box. However, not only he proved to be one of the best in-box strikers, but he was accurate from outside the box, sometimes delivering remarkable long range drives with good power and curling. Also, he became a penalty specialist as he scored 21 of his Napoli goals from the penalty spot, and he scored a few excellent free kicks. Last but not least, his defensive support was better, given that he would help his teammates recovering the ball even in his own defence if necessary. Whilst he would incredibly miss some easy scoring chances from time to time, he could turn a match out of nowhere by scoring a few goals within a short amount of time.
Still incredibly prolific during his time at Paris Saint-Germain, he though mostly faced embarassing defences. His style of play wasn't much different from the one he showed at Napoli. His offensive awareness and timing of runs were outstanding, and his accuracy with the left foot was improved. He was still remarkable from the penalty spot and quite good from free kick. What stood out the most though were his shot technique and defensive support. Other than being capable of shooting first time, he scored many goals with a heel touch with either foot, and he sometimes used the heel also to pass the ball. From a defensive standpoint, his contribution to the back-line was fantastic as he tracked back a lot during the entire match, trying to recover the ball and helping his own defenders even during opposition's corners.

For the first set, he could easily have SMF as one of the main positions, and RF/BS (at least for the NT, I have not watched much of his time at Palermo).

Isn't Overlapping Run only active for full-backs? If so, it doesn't make sense to put it on Cavani.

He certainly wasn't physically weaker at Napoli than at PSG, neither was he that bad in terms of STA/MEN in his younger years.

By "physically" do you specifically mean Body Balance? If yes, I may have underrated him in that aspect. Afterall, he could resist most physical charges and keep the balance. Something like 86 may be more appropriate.
I'm not sure about a higher STA and MEN in his Palermo set. It's true that he already used to run back and forth, acting in both attack and defence. However, he often reached the opposition's goal and delivered awful shots. I personally think it was a mix of lack of accuracy and a consequence of his contribution to the defensive phase.
