Attack / Defence Awareness Card: Attack MindedINFOS:Tony Woodcock is a former English international who was a part of the English League and 1979 European Cup winning Nottingham Forest team. Early in his career he played as midfielder, but Clough made him internationally recognized striker. He was fast with and without the ball, with good dribbling skills, but wasn't too good when receiving the ball, often in need of few more touches to control it. Being a former midfielder, he developed good passing skills and became a regular right corner kick taker (left ones were reserved for John Robertson). He was left footed, but could shot with the right one too, but not too effectively. He provided numerous assists for his teammates. He also spent several years abroad, playing for FC Köln. In 1978, he won PFA Young Player of the Year award. He played for English NT in 42 games scoring 16 goals.
