BalancedINFO:His versatility allowed him to play in numerous positions in the team in addition to his natural position of right winger. He also played as a striker, full-back, midfielder and even in his last seasons as a central defender. In his last seasons, and already captain of the team, Real achieved two consecutive fourth places in La Liga that allowed Real to debut in the UEFA Cup during the 1974/75 and 1975/76 seasons.
After his debut with Real Sociedad in 1962, the right wing was owned for the next 15 years. Urreisti took over it and kicked tirelessly, from the first minute of each match to the last. Due to the speed that the player from Mutriku showed in his constant runs, the Real fans came to know him as 'The Arrow of Atotxa'.
He was not a player with great technical skills when it came to playing the ball, but his drive and character contributed to Real living great days of glory. His perseverance led him to become, for years, the Real player who played the most games. A total of 416 official games from 1962 to 1977, being the 10th player with the most appearances for the club from San Sebastian. In addition, he scored 78 goals.
