Felipe Gutiérrez is a Chilean midfielder with good technique, mobility and vision of the game, who built a solid career between South American and European football, standing out mainly for his time at Universidad Católica, FC Twente and Real Betis. A Chilean football star, he attracted attention from an early age for his quality passing, tactical intelligence and ability to play both as a second midfielder and as a more advanced playmaker, characteristics that led him to the Chilean national team at a young age.

It was at FC Twente in the Netherlands that Felipe experienced one of his best moments, being a starter for several seasons and an important part of the team's attacking structure, becoming the team's captain in 2015. At the Dutch club, he stood out for his good ball control, arrival in the area and strong mid-range shots, as well as his versatility to adapt to different tactical systems. His consistency in midfield earned him prominence in the Eredivisie and led to his transfer to Real Betis in Spain.

At Betis, he had a promising start, but suffered a serious knee injury that hampered his performance and limited his performance.
