Quote:
Alberto Mangano, a scholar of local history, remembering the great footballer, writes: " He was a center forward from times gone by who waited to have the ball to direct it into the goal thanks to the power of his magical feet: it would seem that the term "bomber", used all today to define a good scorer in front of goal, it was journalistically coined precisely for Nocera and his goals.
In Foggia, however, when the ball was sent from his feet, the public cheered what in dialect was called "fajòle", that is, almost like a missile launched towards the opponent's goal.

Quote:
That Foggia was used to playing well, boldly, but everyone was waiting for the ball to reach Nocera because it was he who knew how to finalize the game organized by coach Pugliese: "Give it to Nocera, give it to Nocera who can do it" this was the incitement from the Rossoneri public and he did not betray, on the pitch he was ruthless to the point of arousing the interest of the journalists who coined the term "bomber" for him while the national team selector wanted to try him in a friendly match and, as usual, he did not he betrayed and even with the blue shirt he made the net swell.

Quote:
That Foggia had another magician on the bench, the "Mago del Tavoliere" Oronzo Pugliese, and on the pitch the striker, captain, undisputed leader, "u'centravant" Cosimo Vittorio Nocera from Secondigliano.

Quote:
He is 182 centimeters tall and has powerful strength contained in his 72 kilograms of weight. He wasn't eye-opening with his technique, but he made up for it with his incredible power. The Nocera-Fajola duo soon entered the common imagination. His qualities were not enough to make him land in his native Naples. He therefore had to wait until 1959 for the turning point, in Foggia, when he joined the company of the late president Rosa Rosa.

Quote:
Nocera is a central striker with a well-structured physique, he does not have a refined technique but he knows how to assert himself in the opponent's area.

Quote:
1964 was a historic year for the Foggia fans, dragged to the highest level by characters such as the rocky centre-half Matteo Rinaldi, and a Neapolitan center forward gifted with a great shot, remembered as the true icon of that team: Cosimo Vittorio Nocera.

=> Considering those infos, the set should be updated a bit. SP should be on 86 at least and I'd also raise SA. In the videos we can see that he knew some basic dribbling but IMO this could already be represented with 77 for DA. AGI also could be lowered IMO, at least in the footage he doesn't look that agile tbh (same goes for speed btw). STA should be swapped with MEN IMO, he was praised for his leadership as a captain and his strong physique and I don't think the latter means STA as well. Considering the infos I'd also lower TEC. TMW would also be better in white, at least from what I've read/seen from him he was target man who was in charge of finishing and not for setting his team mates in the position to score.
This is what I'd propose here:

Spoiler: show

Great job! I can add more quotes from reports. He seemingly wasn't that good a header but was a decent free kick taker. I suggest FKA 75 and HEA 78.

Spoiler: show
vs Triestina - 18.11.62
Quote:
"Faleo passes the ball to Nocera on the left. The centre-forward stops the ball and scores with an unstoppable shot"
"Nocera hits the post with a powerful left-footed shot"

vs Brescia - 1.10.62
Quote:
"Centre-forward Nocera receives the ball from Oltramari and unleashes a powerful shot, beating the good goalkeeper Brotto"

vs Verona - 11.11.62
Quote:
"Nocera is a centre-forward who's talked about for his scoring qualities. He's a player of power rather than movement who makes his own way with physical strength rather than technique. He shoots well with either foot but lacks a good heading game. He has scoring instinct but his qualities must be exploited with long passes where he's unmarked and doesn't have to get past an opponent with a dribbling, an ability that he doesn't possess"

13.11.62
Quote:
"Nocera is with no doubt the most prominent player. Last summer, Foggia president rejected Verona's 80 million offer for the striker. Nocera is slender and powerful. He doesn't have the technical qualities of a fine dribbler, but he's physically strong one-on-one. He has a long stride, is quick enough, and can shoot with either foot even when pressed by an opponent. He doesn't excel in the heading game despite being tall. He needs to be served deep as he's not good at receiving passes in tight spaces"

vs Lazio - 26.11.62
Quote:
"Nocera gets rid of defenders Gaspari and Landoni, and beats goalkeeper Cei with a powerul mid-height shot"

vs Bari - 2.12.62
Quote:
"Nocera provides an assist for Oltramari with a long header pass"

vs Alessandria - 27.5.63
Quote:
"Juventus' scout Rosetta has his eyes on Nocera. Well, a part from a spectacular shot that hit the crossbar, he gradually faded, stopped by the short Bassi with his tenacious attack-breaking game"

vs Pro Patria - 1.6.64
Quote:
"Patino passes the ball to Nocera who scores with an unstoppable shot. Then Foggia scores the second goal with a diving header by Oltramari following an exchange with Nocera and Valadè. In the second half, Nocera once again in possession of the ball dribbles two defenders and scores the third goal"

vs Sampdoria - 10.1.65
Quote:
"Foggia equalises thanks to Nocera's brilliant free kick, a ground angled shot to the right corner"

vs Inter - 1.2.65
Quote:
"Nocera receives a good pass from Maioli, dribbles Guarneri and scores with a very angled shot"
"Maioli sees Nocera and passes him the ball. The centre-forward stops the ball with his right foot and inevitably beats Di Vincenzo with a left-footed shot following a half rotation"

vs Catania - 21.3.65
Quote:
"The referee gives Foggia a free kick from 30 meters that Nocera takes, beating Vavassori with a descending shot that gets over the wall and in goal"
