Lilian Thuram is a former right or centre back. His career started in 1990 at Monaco, where he played 209 matches in six seasons, scoring 11 goals. He transferred to Parma in 1996, making 228 appearances and scoring once in five years. He spent the next five seasons at Juventus, where he played 204 games, again scoring once. He retired in 2008 after a two-year stint at Barcelona. He capped for France 142 times, scoring 2 goals and winning the 1998 FIFA World Cup, the 2000 UEFA Euro and the 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Considered one of the best defenders in the world in his prime, Thuram was dominant, athletic, careful despite his strong marking and aggressive tackling that he used to win numerous balls back. He suffered against players who were technically skilled as they often overcame him with dribbling, sometimes leading him to miss the timing of the tackle. He was powerful, fast, elegant, tenacious and could read the game extremely well. He possessed excellent stamina to make frequent runs forward, supporting the offensive line especially with his good ball distribution. His crossing ability even improved during his time at Juventus as he often delivered accurate balls from the back or the side. He also had fine technical skills and was excellent in the air mainly thanks to an outstanding jumping ability.

Why does his older set (2001-2006) have more agility than his younger set (1996-2000), and the 2007-2008 the same agility?
He also is 3 cm taller in the last set...

First set: he was already a very strong player but BAL 92 seems too much for me; I wouldn't give agility a yellow value; he was technically good but, again, yellow value seems too high; his general passing ability seem to me alright but not that good to deserve yellow value while his short passing in the specific seem slightly better than that; I don't see a reason why he should have such shooting stats; he wasn't such good header at Parma. I'd honestly increase his AGG as well. Especially with France he often went forward even until inside the box.
Suggestions: BAL 90, AGI 79, DA 78, DS 79, SPA 77, LPA 79, SA 62, ST 69, HEA 81, TEC 78, AGG 74.

Second set: he wasn't that fast and surely not that agile anymore for me; his short passing ability improved and he used to deliver more short passes than long ones, which were not better than his ones at Parma; the shooting stats are still too high; his heading ability seem better when he played for Juventus and he used the head way more often, probably also because he played a lot as centre back; despite being mainly a centre back, he used to push himself forward quite sometimes.
Suggestions: TS 82, ACC 81, AGI 78, DA 78, DS 77, LPA 79, SA 62, ST 67, HEA 84, AGG 69.

Third set: it looks fine to me but basing on my suggestions for the second set, I think AGI and shooting stats shouldn't be higher than they should be, in my opinion, in the second set.
