Revész struck fear into the hearts of strikers by his more presence. The huge, powerfully built right back of MTK often proved an immorable obstacle in the path of skillfully woven attacks. Although he lacked agility and speed, Revész had the unique ability to use both feet (at the time, most players use one foot exclusively). An outstanding player in the air with talent for headers. Revész also trained harder than any player in Hungary. He played 8 times for Hungary national football team between 1909 to 1915.
